PHA Board and Tenants' Committee Open Days

Residents are at the heart of PHA services and there are currently vacancies on both the PHA Board and their tenants group, the Peninsula Tenants’ Committee (PTC)

Residents are invited to attend St John’s Hall, Penzance on Wednesday 11 May, or Malabar Community Centre in Truro on Thursday 12 May, between 10am and 2.30pm. Many current board and Peninsula Tenants’ Committee members as well as staff and active residents, will be available to answer any queries.

In return for residents’ commitment and enthusiasm, PHA offer support in a number of ways including training, transport costs and childcare fees.

To register your interest for the forthcoming resident elections for either the Board or Peninsula Tenants’ Committee, simply pick up a pack at an open day. Alternatively, please contact the Customer Engagement Team by calling 0300 303 8030. The deadline for return of nomination forms is Friday 10 June.

We will be looking for enthusiasm and an active interest in community issues. You may be able to bring your particular skill or experience to the group and really help to make a difference.
