Team of the year 2007

With many thousands of homes and tenants throughout Cornwall to care for, Penwith Housing Association (PHA) is at the forefront in listening to the needs and enquiries of its residents.

The focus of this is the Customer Services Group at its headquarters in Penzance that has been named as its "Team of the Year", following nominations by the Association’s staff.

The members have been presented with an engraved trophy and personal certificates of thanks to recognise their achievement."They work hard as an operational team and provide an excellent front-line service to our customers" remarked Andy Moore, Chief Executive.
