Manager of the year 2007

For her continuing leadership of the high-performing Income Recovery Team at Penwith Housing Association, Karen Bateman has been named ‘Manager of the Year’.

She has been with the association since its formation and was formerly with the Penwith District Council, bringing with her her experience and personality to assist the thousands of tenants throughout Cornwall.

"The association has always had a culture of recognising the contribution of its entire staff and in particular those who exceed standards either through individual or team excellence. Karen is an excellent example." said Chief Executive, Andy Moore.

Karen was presented with an engraved trophy and certificate.
