Residents Suggestion Scheme

An on-line residents’ suggestion scheme has been launched by Penwith Housing Association (PHA), that manages over 6,000 homes in Cornwall.

The Customer Service Group established the scheme almost a year ago and now making a suggestion couldn’t be easier.

PHA residents are invited to fill in a suggestion form on- line or on paper.They simply need to fill in the forms ‘suggestion box’ with their idea and state how they think it will be helpful.“Each approved idea is rewarded with a £10 high street voucher” said Chief Executive, Andy Moore.“As an added incentive, an annual award of £100 will be given for the best overall implemented decision”.

To date the scheme has received ideas concerning energy efficiency, environment, health & safety, repairs and maintenance, customer service and rent arrears.
