PHA Information window

The idea was simple but the end result has been worth the long wait!

The transformation of Penwith Housing Association’s head office post room window is now complete and the resulting ‘PHA Information’ display must surely be the envy of many retailers and estate agents in town.

The idea to tidy up the unused window originated from the staff and residents suggestion scheme.After consultation with PHA residents and staff on the Customer Services Team, the idea of an estate agents style ‘PHA Information’ window was agreed.

The eye catching window display, adjoining the Penzance PHA office has been carefully designed to make the most of its vantage point in town.The centrally positioned LCD presentation screen and surrounding posters publicise many aspects of PHA.It contains notices concerning affordable homes, resident involvement initiatives as well as job vacancies and further information about the association.The display window has already been attracting the attention of many residents and members of the public.
