Rent payments
All PHA tenants can make rent payments using a plastic 'swipe card.'
This swipe card can be used to make payments in different ways and at a variety of places.
The card can be used to make payments by any of the following methods:
- cash
- cheque
- debit card
- credit card
- direct debit
How to pay your rent
Via the telephone to Allpay.net on 0844 557 8321
By credit/debit card – have your Allpay reference number handy
Direct debit: Telephone 01736 331799 for instructions on setting up a direct debit arrangement.

Payment can also be made at the following outlets:
- a post office
- any PHA cash office
If you pay at a PHA cash office you can pay without your swipe card, but it's much easier using the card. At all other places you will need your swipe card
PayPoint outlets. Look for the PayPoint logo at shops, supermarkets and garages. To find your nearest PayPoint click here.
Payzone outlets. You can pay many types of bills via Payzone including council tax, rent, utility and many more. Where you see the PAY Zone sign, you can hand the retailer your card or bill and tell them how much you want to pay. To find your nearest Payzone click here.
Direct debits
If you use direct debit payments for 12 consecutive months, your name is entered into a prize draw.
