Neighbourhood inspections

The neighbourhood management team carry out regular inspections of our neighbourhoods. The purpose of these inspections is to ensure that communal areas and the external structures of our properties are maintained to a satisfactory standard.

Should any issues on communal areas be identified they will be raised with the relevant agencies, where it relates to a specific tenancy the occupier will be notified and requested to rectify the issue.
