We have over 700 garages throughout the Penwith district and these are located on most of our estates.
We currently have vacancies in Penzance, Marazion, Goldsithney, Ludgvan, Madron, Heamoor and Hayle.
The garages are available for rental by anyone and should only be used for the storage of a vehicle. Priority is given to tenants and residents on our estates. The weekly rent is normally £8.47 for PHA residents and £8.47 plus VAT for non-residents.
