Grass Cutting Scheme - Eligibility Criteria
Penwith Housing Association’s Grass Cutting Scheme (previously known as the Discretionary Gardening Scheme) is a free grass cutting service for tenants who can demonstrate both financial and physical vulnerability. The scheme does not include the removal of any cuttings nor does it remove the tenant’s responsibility of keeping their garden in a good and tidy order as outlined in their Tenancy Agreement. Tenants with household or family members living in the locality are able to carry out the grass cut will not be eligible for the scheme.
To apply for the service you must complete the application form below returning it to Greg Retallack who is based at our 67, Morrab Road, Penzance, TR18 2QJ office. Applicants should remember to provide documentary proof of the benefits they receive as without this evidence they will not be considered for the scheme.
