Community investment scheme

Each year we award up to £19,000 to Devon & Cornwall Housing group residents through the community investment scheme.

The scheme offers an annual grant of up to £500 to residents' associations and residents' community groups for projects that benefit the community and annual awards of up to £250 to individual residents or shared owners to pursue excellence. This might be to help with the cost of books or equipment for an education course or help with travel costs to take part in an outward bound activity.

Residents from across the group can apply, and a committee of Resident and Independent Board members judge the applications we receive.
