Opportunities for involvement

Tenants DayAt PHA we involve our residents in the operation and development of the association. Involvement falls into three categories: improving our services, enhancing accountability to our customers and helping to develop local communities and neighbourhoods.

We understand that not everybody has the time or wants to be involved in the work of the association. Most people, however, have views on how the association is run and our role in the community. Listening and talking to residents helps us to be better at what we do and together we can achieve new goals.
