Welcome to the Penwith Housing Association (PHA) website! PHA manages over 8000 rented homes across Cornwall*. We support our communities by providing affordable housing; working closely with residents, councils and funding agencies to make a difference to homes, places and lives. We are part of the Devon & Cornwall Housing group, which manages 18,600 properties throughout Cornwall and Devon.

Joined up approach to tackling anti-social behaviour at Bodmin
Organisations from across Devon and Cornwall came together to focus on anti-social behaviour within the social housing sector last week. The forum, hosted by Penwith Housing Association (PHA), part of Devon & Cornwall Housing group, featured high profile professionals covering a range of issues with the aim of sharing good practice and driving improvements in the delivery of anti-social behaviour (ASB) services.

The vast changes to the benefits system are going to have a big impact upon many people including social housing residents. Penwith Housing Association, part of Devon & Cornwall Housing group, has already expanded its in-house money management team to help minimise the effects and to help make sure residents are getting all of the help and benefits they are entitled to.
