Welcome to the Penwith Housing Association (PHA) website! PHA manages 6,000 rented homes across Cornwall*. We support our communities by providing affordable housing, working closely with residents, councils and funding agencies to make a difference to homes, places and lives. We are part of the Devon & Cornwall Housing group, which manages 17,000 properties throughout Cornwall and Devon.

Less Rent to Pay
For the first time in its 17 year history, Penwith Housing Association (PHA) will lower the rents for thousands of its tenants from next month (April).

Gerrans Turf Cutting
Cornish MP, Matthew Taylor, new chair of the National Housing Federation cut the first turf at the start of the building of 40 homes at Gerrans, near Portscatho, on the Roseland peninsula on Wednesday 17 February 2010.

Hayle affordable homes scheme underway
Six new affordable homes in Kernick Way, Hayle are well underway and expected to be completed by March this year.
