Welcome to the Penwith Housing Association (PHA) website! PHA manages over 8000 rented homes across Cornwall*. We support our communities by providing affordable housing; working closely with residents, councils and funding agencies to make a difference to homes, places and lives. We are part of the Devon & Cornwall Housing group, which manages 18,600 properties throughout Cornwall and Devon.

Funding boost for disadvantaged neighbourhoods from Emily Bolitho Trust
Residents from some of the most disadvantaged neighbourhoods in Penzance and Newlyn received some great news this week. The Emily Bolitho Trust confirmed that it would provide £25,000 funding for the Neighbourhoods Together Team to continue their work in improving the lives of residents who live in Gwavas, Eastern Green, Treneere, Roscadghill, and Penalverne.
