Rented housing for older people
PHA has over 700 properties which are designated as suitable for older people. Typically these are bungalows or self-contained flats, some within schemes have communal areas such as a lounge or common-room. Some properties are fitted with an alarm system for emergency help.
PHA’s housing which is designated for older people is available in:
St Ives, Penzance, Hayle, St Just, Sennen, Pendeen, St Buryan, St Levan, Madron, Carbis Bay, Ludgvan, Goldsithney, Marazion, Newbridge, Connor Downs and St Erth.

Support service
The support service to these properties is provided by Independent Futures, part of Devon & Cornwall Housing Group. A range of different levels of support is offered to suit individual needs.
