These councils have a legal duty to provide temporary accommodation to vulnerable applicants and then longer term assistance or nominations into property owned by social landlords including PHA.

Hostel accommodation

We operate an 8 unit hostel on Treneere Estate in Penzance.

These units are self-contained flats provided under a six month assured shorthold tenancy and are under the supervision of a member of staff who provides support to the residents.

PHA grants a tenancy at the hostel after a nomination from Penwith District Council of an accepted homeless person or household
