What will happen after 2010?
Penwith Housing Association is committed to continuous improvement and to ensuring that once all homes are made to comply with the Decent Homes Standard by 2010, they are kept that way.
PHA is therefore already programming the work that will be required longer term, beyond 2010, to achieve this.
