Painting partnering programme 2004 - 2009

In July 2004, PHA worked with the Penwith Tenants Committee (PTC) and our residents to award a five year partnering contract to Mears Ltd for the external redecoration of all the association's homes.

The painting schedule has been put together using the details of when our homes were last painted, consultation with our residents and site visits by our technical staff and resident groups.

A working group including tenants, residents and PHA staff, called the Technical Partnerships Group (TPG), visited a cross-section of sites on the 30th November 2004 to review the present schedule and to make recommendations. The revisions suggested by the TPG have since been incorporated into this programme.
