PHA's Cyclical Painting Programme
PHA's Cyclical Painting Programme is carried out over 6 years PHA have entered into a long term contract with Ian Williams Ltd for the external decoration of our properties. The work includes:
- Redecoration of external rendered walls, wood and metal surfaces.
- decoration of previously undecorated external walls where (considered necessary)
- essential repairs prior to decoration to the above surfaces
- gutter clearing
- cleaning PVCu surfaces such as windowsdown pipes and gutters
- lubricating window hinges
- internal decoration of communal areas.
DCH Cyclical Painting Programme
For homes owned by DCH but managed by PHA, the Cyclical Painting Programme is carried out over 6 years DCH have entered into a long term contract with Mears Ltd for the external decoration of our properties. The work includes:
- redecoration of external rendered walls, wood and metal surfaces
- decoration of previously undecorated external walls where (considered necessary)
- essential repairs prior to decoration to the above surfaces
- gutter clearing
- cleaning PVCu surfaces such as windowsdown pipes and gutters
- lubricating window hinges
- internal decoration of communal areas.
The decorating years listed in the PHA schedules is the financial year running from April to March. For example 2012/13 means that your home will be decorated between April 2012 and March 2013.
You will be notified by letter when your decoration year will commence and our contractors will make appointments with you direct.
The programme may be revised by PHA from time to time and we will republish the property list if necessary.
